Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
• The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
• A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Personalized or monogrammed products
• Custom-made items
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards
• Items that have been washed, used, or altered
• Products returned without original packaging

Customized products are made specifically for each customer and therefore cannot be resold. As a result, they are not eligible for returns due to a change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Premium LinenUS will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns due to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Customer preference

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Processing times can vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

We gladly replace items that are:

• Defective
• Incorrectly shipped

If you would like to exchange a product for another size or item, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, the order must follow the standard return process after delivery.

Personalized & Monogram Products

Because personalized and monogrammed products are custom-made, they cannot be returned or refunded unless:

• The item is defective.
• The personalization does not match the information provided in your order.
• The product arrives damaged.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

3. Contact your bank.
